The existing solutions usually adopt the double-layer foaming or secondary foaming process in the polyurethane mold to improve the structural strength, and then cooperate with the spraying to protect the surface of the product. This method is cumbersome; In addition, if the surface of the foaming product is scratched or damaged, it can only be repaired by spraying and gluing, but it still can not improve the yield of the product.
The research shows that the special paint is sprayed on the surface of faux stone panels, and through the specially developed spraying process, the molecular bonds formed on the product surface by extremely thin polymer compounds are used to strengthen the foam surface, forming a protective layer with average value. In view of the shortcomings of the existing technology, we try to provide a surface hardening treatment process for polyurethane foam material. 1 Pretreatment: gently scrape the surface of faux stone panels foamed with polyurethane with a soft brush or gently wipe with alcohol to remove the dust or foreign matters on the surface;
2 Dilution: dilute the prepared surface paint with diluent, then heat the above diluent to 65 ℃ and transfer it to the electric glue extrusion gun;
3 Spraying: connect the electric glue extruding gun with a 0.6MPa air pump, and evenly spray a layer of dense coating with a thickness of 0.2-0.4mm on the surface of the foamed sample until the sprayed surface is smooth and completely covered;
4 Curing: naturally cure the sample of painted Faux Stone panels, and then transfer it to a ventilated place for curing.

The primer spraying process is to evenly spray a thin layer of primer on the sample surface prepared by Faux Stone before spraying the surface paint in step (3), and then spray the surface paint after it is naturally dried; Then a layer with certain viscosity is formed. When spraying the surface paint, it can play a good bonding role between the surface paint and the faux stone surface.
