Conditions to use the polyurethane foaming machine mold




For PU Faux Stone, in order to obtain qualified products, polyurethane foaming machine and supporting foaming mold are very important. Because of the matching of molds, we can use polyurethane foaming machine to produce qualified products. What should we pay attention to when using our molds?


The foaming mold of high-pressure foaming machine is very important for the forming of Faux Stone Wall foaming products. Therefore, for the mold, we must meet the following conditions:


1. The design of foaming mold must be reasonable and the quality must be reliable to ensure that the entire parting surface does not leak glue.


2. We should ensure that the temperature is balanced, and the temperature of the mold, metal frame and rubber material should be the same, and the temperature of each part of the mold should be basically uniform.


3. For ordinary Pu Faux Stone Wall Siding Products, different infusion methods should be selected. If the shape and size of the product are accurate and no additional machining is required, pressure infusion can be used. Vacuum hydraulic pressure can be used for products with strict requirements, while normal pressure filling can be used for conventional products without special requirements to ensure that mechanical impact bubbles will not be generated during the filling process.


4. If the product fails to reach the demoulding strength, our mold can not be moved at will to avoid cracking, which will cause our Faux Stone Wall products to be unqualified.


5. When assembling the mold and metal skeleton, please avoid contacting the metal skeleton coated with adhesive with the inner wall of the mold, that is, do not adhere the adhesive to the mold, nor the release agent to the mold or metal skeleton, so as to avoid affecting the quality of the product.


6. Foaming process of faux stone wall panel foaming machine: before foaming, please check the normal operation of the polyurethane high-pressure foaming machine. There must be no water in the batching container and whether the materials are ready. Generally, the ambient temperature is between 15 and 30 degrees, and the material temperature is about 20 degrees, not more than 27 degrees. Proportions: the black and white composite materials are proportioned as required and the individual components are first poured in a single sequence without a specific sequence. Mixing: use the mixer to mix at high speed for about 10 to 15 seconds. Pouring: within 10 seconds after mixing, it is better to pour the mold of the Faux Stone Wall to be filled into the bottom. The pouring hole must be above the object to be filled, and the side filler will overflow. After waiting for 3 to 5 minutes, stop foaming and complete curing within 7 to 10 minutes.
