Renlong is a manufacturer and supplier of PU faux stone panels in China. We manufacture over 4000 pieces of stone panels a day and more than 50 styles of stone panels are available to supply. Renlong just is a manufacturer and willing to cooperate with distributors all over the world. As the owner of Renlong, I was born in a small village in the mountains. When I was 16, I went out to work. I have been a cooker, a driver, a painter and a machine maker. In 1998, I entered the silicon mold factory and began to learn how to use CNC machine tools to carve metal, make molds, and serve customers of plastic injection molding. Later, I was lucky to contact the wine and cigarette industry and began to learn accurate, meticulous and perfect metal carving technology. After about 2006, with the development of polyurethane foaming products in the Chinese market, more and more new factories were established, and metal molds and silicone molds were in great demand. In 2012, we set up our own polyurethane mold factory. At the same time, we gathered experts in polyurethane foaming, silicone mold and surface treatment technology to provide users in the polyurethane foaming industry with solutions for the whole production process of polyurethane foaming products, from ingredients, mold, manufacturing process to surface treatment, etc. About 2015, we received an order for the foaming mold of polyurethane faux stone panels. This product puts forward unprecedented higher requirements for the fineness, high simulation, durability, wear resistance, chemical stability of metal and silicone molds, precise control of polyurethane foaming process, polyurethane secondary foaming and surface hardening technology, paint in molds, polyurethane surface spraying technology, etc. In the production of faux stone panels, we should first copy the stone in nature. Hundreds of stones were collected, compared, marked, cleaned, simply carved, and then moulded with silica gel. Faux Stone is copied with a mixture of gypsum and cement through a silica gel mold, and carved on its surface in order to focus the typical characteristics of natural stones on simulated stones. After many times of silica gel transfer replication and carving, we can get several perfect, typical and coordinated simulated faux stone seeds. The seeds of these simulated faux stone can be used to replicate more silica gel molds for mass production. The production process of Faux Stone, different polyurethane material formulations, workshop weather conditions, ambient temperature, humidity, insulation methods, mold types and other factors will have an impact on the final products. At that time, only a few large factories in Taiwan had relatively mature technology. This imitation faux stone panel product has deeply attracted us. It is a new challenge to us. Let us update the technology that has been used for more than ten years, so that we have to learn more and more advanced related technologies, test more scientific production processes, and integrate them into our products and services.  In order to better test how to produce high-quality simulated faux stones and our pursuit of producing the most perfect simulated faux stones, we established the first polyurethane foaming simulated faux stone factory in 2018. We use high-quality raw materials, our own molds and our own know-how to produce products with rich personality ratio. After countless tests and the help of many engineers, we use a unique process to spray paint inside the mold, so that polyurethane can be combined with the surface paint in the foaming process. We use secondary foaming and special hardening treatment, so that the surface density of thefaux stone panels is higher, scratch resistant and more realistic. The key is that we get products with better weather resistance.   At present, we have two own factories and two cooperative factories, which are producing simulated stones and can provide products of about 1600 square meters every day. We only provide high-quality realistic faux stone panels.   Polyurethane foam faux stone will replace most natural stones in the future, and will be more and more widely accepted by people. Polyurethane foamed faux stone is light, environmentally friendly and easy to transport and install. But it is not a perfect product. Its surface hardness is not high. It is a B2 grade fireproof material. It has no luster of metal minerals, and its surface treatment technology is still improving.   In the future, we will continue to introduce more kinds of faux stones for you to choose from. We are also constantly testing new technologies and materials, hoping to make up for the shortcomings of polyurethane materials and make more perfect products.
